Mr. Bhavesh Ratanpal serves as the Founder and Chief Product Officer of Xappert Incorporated, where he leads the company's mission to democratize enterprise-level operational excellence for startups and small-to-medium businesses.
With over a decade of experience in product management and strategic consulting, Bhavesh has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies including TD Bank and TELUS, where he developed and implemented sophisticated workflow systems and digital transformation initiatives. This experience revealed a critical market gap: smaller organizations lacked access to the operational rigor and strategic frameworks that drive enterprise success.
A transformative sabbatical in 2021, including intensive yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, deepened his understanding of purpose of life and how he can help businesses to adopt human-centered design principles. This experience reinforced his conviction that the most effective technology solutions are those that enhance human potential rather than replace it.
Upon relaunching Xappert Incorporated in June 2025, Bhavesh established the company as a specialized consultancy offering fractional Product Management services. His approach combines advanced AI/ML-driven methodologies with human-centric design principles, ensuring that technology implementations serve organizational growth while maintaining authentic human connection and purpose for their clients.
